1. IHAVEAGUY is an online service offered to people as a tool to simplify the process of referring people and business they trust to others.



2. Your use of the IHAVEAGUY service is governed by this user agreement. IHAVEAGUY may refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password account with or without your knowledge. You are responsible for reporting to IHAVEAGUY of any unauthorized use of your user name and password or account or any other breach of security. IHAVEAGUY can not and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.



4. You agree that IHAVEAGUY may with or without cause, immediately terminate your IHAVEAGUY account and access to IHAVEAGUY service without prior notice.



5. You agree and understand not to use IHAVEAGUY to:



1. Post content which is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminator, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Use IHAVEAGUY service for an illegal purpose.
3. Disclose information on the site which you do not have the right to disclose.
4. Hurt, slander, stalk or harass others.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the IHAVEAGUY service or servers or networks connected to the IHAVEAGUY service.



6. In the course of using IHAVEAGUY services, users may provide information about themselves and others which will be visible to the public. You understand that all information publicly posted through the IHAVEAGUY service is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that IHAVEAGUY will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content. It is up to the members and users of IHAVEAGUY to receive permission from the contacts they add to their circle as a referral. IHAVEAGUY is not liable for the information posted by members about others.



7. You agree not to copy information or allow others to copy information for reasons not intended for the site. You also agree not to cause harm to the site by any means.



8. In the course of providing you services, IHAVEAGUY may need to communicate with you by email or mail. You agree to accept emails and mail which are specific to the services provided or offered by IHAVEAGUY.



9. While we have the right to monitor information entered by you on the site, we are not obligated to do so. And since we don’t and may not have the ability to, control or actively monitor content we don’t guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. Because individuals sometimes refuse to comply with our policies and practices, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive or objectionable. You have the ability to contact us via email with your concerns. We may investigate and will react according to our findings and beliefs. You do not have to use our services and we will not be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors, or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to any content on the IHAVEAGUY website.



10. Signing up for IHAVEAGUY account is free. IHAVEAGUY reserves the right to charge for the IHAVEAGUY services or any portion there of, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue the IHAVEAGUY service or any portion thereof without prior notice.



11. INDEMNIFICATION By accepting this user agreement, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless IHAVEAGUY, its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the IHAVEAGUY service. You understand and agree that IHAVEAGUY may disclose information required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this user agreement, or protect the rights, property, or safety of IHAVEAGUY, its users, and the public.
    
    All information provided on this site is being provided by you the members and not IHAVEAGUY. IHAVEAGUY does not promote, vouch for, or recommend any referral listed on this site. Use the referrals at your own risk.
    
    This user agreement between you and IHAVEAGUY will be governed by and construed accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
